2nd Engineer – Ro-Pax ferry, Irish Sea (UK)
- Contract: Permanent; 24 weeks on board / 28 weeks off per year
Vessel: Ro-Pax ferry based in Holyhead, UK, on the Irish Sea. Role: reports to the Chief Engineer; planned maintenance, emergency duties, risk management and SMS compliance; regular chances to sail as Chief Engineer. Requirements: Chief Engineer Unlimited CoC held at the time of application; STCW basic safety courses, Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats, Designated Security Duties; right to work in the UK. Crowd management and passenger safety training preferred.
