  • Contract: 6 months on / 2 months off

Head Waiter for a luxury ocean cruise operator. Supports the Restaurant Manager: runs daily restaurant service, leads a multicultural team, handles reservations, seating and special requests, keeps public health and hygiene standards, helps with stock control. Requirements: at least 2 years as Head Waiter, Assistant Maitre d' or similar in premium hospitality; previous shipboard experience in the position; valid STCW and seafarer documents; last 2 end-of-contract appraisals.
