2nd Cook / Assistant Cook - offshore service operation vessels (SOV), France
Wanted: a 2nd Cook / Assistant Cook for offshore Service Operation Vessels (SOV) in France (contract at sea). Duties: help prepare daily meals for crew and offshore personnel to the menu plan, baking, salads and special diets, keep galley, mess rooms and stores clean, receive and store provisions, support the Chief Cook with stock control, follow food safety and HSE rules. Required: previous experience as 2nd Cook / Assistant Cook on offshore vessels or ships, valid STCW certificates and offshore medical, basic food safety/hygiene certificate, good English (French an advantage), shift work in a multinational crew.
