2nd Engineer - offshore energy vessels (wind, cable lay, subsea)
An international marine contractor is hiring a 2nd Engineer for its offshore energy fleet (offshore wind installation, cable laying and subsea infrastructure projects), worldwide. Watchkeeping engineer in charge of the main technical installations on watch; plans and supervises maintenance, troubleshooting, coaching junior crew, working with the Chief Engineer. Required: degree in maritime engineering, at least 3 years as 2nd Engineer on offshore vessels, valid 2nd Engineer / engineer officer of the watch CoC (unlimited), valid STCW and seagoing documents, seafarer medical, good spoken and written English. Offered: competitive employment package, rotation schedule, training and structured career development. Project-based, no fixed home location. No pay figure given.
