UnCruise Adventures (small-ship expedition cruises, 22 to 86 guests) needs a Yacht Chef to run the galley on the Safari Explorer in Hawaii, starting December 2026. Duties: plan and cook guest and crew meals with the Pastry Chef and galley utility, special diets and allergies, weekly provisioning, inventory and budget, supervise and train 1-2 galley staff, take part in safety drills, follow CDC/FDA vessel sanitation rules. Required: at least 2 years managing a kitchen or galley team and 4 years restaurant/banquet cooking; ServSafe Food Protection Manager and ServSafe Allergens; CPR/First Aid/AED; REAL ID compliant government ID or passport; pre-employment and in-season drug tests (USCG rules); medical review. Passenger vessel experience preferred, not required. Offered: USD 254 per day base pay plus a USD 70 per day tip guarantee; 12-hour days, 7 days a week, 6-8 weeks on board, rotations off usually 2-3 weeks. Shared crew cabins (4-8 people).
