Crane Operator - offshore energy vessels (heavy lifting at sea)
An international marine contractor is hiring a Crane Operator for its offshore energy fleet (offshore wind installation, cable laying and subsea infrastructure projects), worldwide. Operates the vessel's cranes and mission equipment, plans and coordinates lifts with the deck crew and bridge, including in heavy swell and vessel motion. Required: valid Sparrow 3 certificate, valid STCW and offshore/seagoing documents, experience as crane operator in offshore, maritime or heavy-lift work with at least 100 t on a sailing vessel, experience lifting in challenging sea conditions and inspecting lifting equipment, good spoken and written English. Offered: competitive employment package, rotation schedule, training and structured career development. Project-based, no fixed home location. No pay figure given.
