Chief Engineer for an offshore anchor handling tug supply vessel (AHTS) DP2. Vessel: 2,060 DWT, built 2009, Vanuatu flag, diesel (Caterpillar, 13,760 BHP), controllable pitch propellers. Trading area: West Africa (Namibia, Angola). Joining: 16.11.2026 in Walvis Bay, Namibia. Required: at least 12 months in rank on offshore vessels; at least 6 months with the same main engine type in the last 3 years; DP maintenance certificate and DPM experience; good English; valid passport, seaman's book, CoC/endorsement and STCW documents; vaccinations (yellow fever, polio, Covid-19). Age requirement stated as 55. Offered: 10,500-11,250 USD per month (day rate depending on offshore experience), rotation 2 months on / 2 months off. Not open to residents of Crimea (shipowner restriction).
