Role: preparing meals, keeping galley, stores and mess rooms clean, supervising catering crew and menus. Requirements: Transport Canada Ship's Cook CoC, STCW basic training, security duties certificate, advanced first aid, passenger safety management, valid seafarer medical and Canadian passport; offshore marine experience; English.
