Hotel Manager for small river cruise ships (about 100-160 guests) sailing on European rivers, 2027 season. Leads all hotel departments on board: galley, restaurant/bar, housekeeping and front desk, and works closely with the Captain and Cruise Manager. Requirements: proven food and beverage experience in 4-5 star hotels and/or on river or ocean vessels, strong leadership, budget and sales control, MS Office, strong spoken and written English.
