Wanted: a Bar Waiter for a passenger ferry in Europe (contract at sea). Duties: serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to passengers, taking orders and handling cash and card payments, keeping the bar and tables clean, monitoring stock, following safety, hygiene and service standards. Required: previous bar or restaurant service experience (preferably at sea), good English, customer focus and team spirit, valid seafarer documents and STCW medical fitness, willingness to work shifts and live on board.
