Head waiter wanted for a Swedish-flag passenger ferry on a short Baltic route between Sweden and the Aland Islands. Work: lead the buffet and a la carte restaurant team, staff planning and rotas, sales, guest service, close cooperation with the galley. Requirements: leadership experience in restaurant, hotel or other service work. The advert is in Swedish.
