Hotel Director for a leading international cruise operator, reporting to the Captain. Overall responsibility for the onboard hotel operation: guest satisfaction, service, budgets and cost control, leading a large multicultural management team, compliance with company, safety and public health rules. Requirements: previous experience as Hotel Director in luxury cruising, large hotel operation leadership, strong financial skills, fluent English, valid seagoing documents or willingness to obtain them.
