UnCruise Adventures (small-ship expedition cruises, 22 to 86 guests) needs a Yacht Chef to run the galley on the Safari Explorer in Hawaii, starting December 2026. Wanted: a French-speaking relief waiter/waitress (dining service support) for a small luxury cruise vessel operating from Phnom Penh, Cambodia (freelance relief role). Duties: food and beverage service for French-speaking guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner on board and ashore, dining room setup and cleaning, menu, wine and food pairing knowledge, inventories and stock control (FIFO), support to bar and other F&B roles when needed. Required: degree or diploma in hospitality or food and beverage management, 5+ years of dining service experience, knowledge of food safety and hygiene, good French and basic English.
